Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed and Bangl-adesh-based Harkat-ul-Jehad Islami (HuJI) are collaborating to raise groups of bombmakers to be pushed into J&K, in what should scale up the terror risk facing the country.
Intelligence reports said that according to an agreement worked out between the two anti-India terror outfits recently, JeM is planning «mobilisation of militants in Kashmir to carry out sabotage activities to turn the attention of the rest of the world from Pakistan to India». JeM will bear all the costs of training jehadis in Bangladesh.
The two terrorist outfits, which swear by Deoband school, are part of al-Qaida’s global network and draw finances, guidance and other resources from the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI.
