LONDON: Oct 13 – The British Parliament on Thursday adopted a government proposal banning 15 more «terrorist» organizations that London accused of having ties with Al-Qaeda. The latest banned groups include Ansar Al Islam, which has been blamed for a number of attacks in Iraq, and the Groupe Islamique Combattant Marocain (GICM – Moroccan Islamic Combattant Group), which is suspected of involvement in the attacks in Madrid in March 2004 and in Casablanca in May 2003.(afp)
