U.N. chief prosecutor Carla del Ponte on Tuesday threatened to expose those she feels have obstructed the arrest of the two top war crimes fugitives of the Bosnia conflict, unless they are seized this year.
In an enigmatic sentence that appeared to hint heavily at NATO powers, she said: «If it’s not done this year I will come out with all negative elements why (Radovan) Karadzic and (Ratko) Mladic were not arrested in the beginning…» (reuters)
