Politidokumenter viser at Michael Forest Reinoehl (49) skjulte seg og ventet på Aaron Jay Danielson og hans kamerat, før han gikk frem og drepte Danielson.

Til Vice-Tv sa Reinoehl at han skjøt i selvforsvar. Bildene viser noe annet. Reinoehl skjøt Danielson med kaldt blod.

The court documents are backed up by a sworn officer statement that says security footage from the parking garage shows Reinohel targeting Danielson.

The security footage allegedly shows Reinoehl go into the garage after spotting Danielson and the other man. After Danielson passes by, Reinoehl comes out and follows the pair.

Reinoehl “conceals himself, waits and watches” Detective Rico Beniga writes in the probable cause affidavit.

“The shooting occurs shortly thereafter and is not captured on the surveillance video,” Beniga writes, according to the Times. Danielson was pronounced dead at the scene.

Reinoehl hadde på seg meget iøynefallende klær på drapskvelden. Han ble gjenkjent og identifisert på 4chan.

Politiet fant de samme klærne i leiligheten hans og samme type ammunisjon som Danielson ble skutt med. Våpenet er forsvunnet.

Reinohel ble drept da en særlig gruppe fra føderalt politi kom for å arrestere ham i Lacey, Washington torsdag. Reinoehl skal ha grepet etter et våpen. Nærmere omstendigheter er ikke kommunisert.
